Last summer, one of my friends asked, “You’re a real estate agent, right? So… help us figure out what to do this summer.”

And that was the moment I started jotting down all my must-do local spots… patios, events, food trucks, and all the underrated gems that make summer here so good.

Fast forward to now → That little list turned into the Hot Night In The City guide.
