Is it just me, or is February the best time to do these home maintenance tasks? 👇🏼

There are only a few weeks left before Spring! But the rest of winter can still bring harsh effects on your home if not properly taken care of. As we wait for warmer weather, now is the perfect time to tick off these tasks from your maintenance to-do list.

✅ Clean your dryer vent. Remove build-up of lint and other debris as it can decrease your dryer’s efficiency, increase energy bills, and increase the risk of fire.

✅ Replace your air filter. Ideally, the air filter on your HVAC has to be replaced every 1-3 months. A well-maintained air filter will efficiently help in keeping the air in your home clean.

✅ Clean the range hood filter. A citrus-based cleaner is an excellent choice to remove built-up grease without the need for toxic chemicals.

✅ Degrease kitchen cabinets. You might not notice it but kitchen cabinets get coated with a layer of grease over time from cooking. Don’t wait until it gets combined with dust before cleaning it to avoid the build-up of grime.

These are some of the indoor maintenance tasks that you can do while still waiting for winter to end.
