HOW OUR FAMILY KEPT GRANDMA OUT OF A RETIREMENT HOME

Our family faced a big decision about how to best care for Grandma as she got older. We wanted to keep her close and ensure she had the best quality of life without moving to a retirement home. Here’s how we did it:

We adapted her living space to be safe and comfortable, with modifications like grab bars in the bathroom and a bedroom on the first floor so she wouldn’t have to climb stairs. 

We also set up a rotating schedule among family members for regular check-ins, and hired a part-time caregiver for additional support.

Most importantly, we kept her involved in family activities and decisions, ensuring she felt loved and included every step of the way. It’s been a rewarding experience for all of us, keeping Grandma happy and at home with the family she loves!

Small renovations to her home made all the difference!

Collecting Leads

Create Your Google Form

  • Go to google and click on forms (*please note this only works if you have a gmail account)
  • Choose the 'Contact Information' form and then customize it with name and email ONLY (asking for too much information could result in a frustrated lead who ends up not filling out any information)
  • *NEW→ Go to 'Responses' and click the 3 dots and choose 'Get email notifications......'
  • *NEW→ Go to 'Settings' and turn OFF both toggles under 'Requires Sign In'
  • Go back to questions and click 'Send'
  • Beside 'Send via' choose the link icon
  • Click 'Shorten URL'
  • Click 'Copy' to copy your link
  • Go to Canva and insert link in your button

Add Form Into Page

  • Open your desired landing page in Canva and customize (if needed)
  • Take your link from your Google form and insert the link in your button
  • Publish your landing page as a website
  • Take that link from Canva and share it everywhere to start collecting leads today!
