Your home is where you spend most of your time so it is essential to design it as a place that can improve your wellness. Here are 7 ways to improve wellness at homet:

🌿 Let natural light in through big windows. Sunlight is an excellent source of vitamin D, can help ward off depression, and improve your sleep.

🌿 Improve the air quality in your home by using low- or no-VOC (volatile organic compounds) paints, choosing natural cleaning products, occasionally opening up your windows, or using organic materials like wool, jute, and wood.

🌿 Set up a space in your entryway where people can take their shoes off to avoid dirt and bacteria from entering your home.

🌿 Install proper flooring. Hardwood and linoleum are healthy flooring options since they are made of natural materials. They are easy to clean and contribute to good air quality.

🌿 Dedicate a space for relaxation like a hot tub, a reading nook, or simply having a quiet corner with cozy materials.
