My 3 Favorite Apps for Productivity

You might not know this but the reason I get so much done in a day is because of these three productivity apps! 📱

Trello – Trello is a great project management tool that keeps all our work on track and organized.

Slack – It makes connecting with my team so much easier – real time and in a way that works for us all. I can talk to to the my team as a group or individually. I can also create groups to add the people involved in specific projects.

Google Drive – Google Drive and its integrations have everything I need – cloud storage, creating documents and presentations, calendars, and so much more.

The goal is to work smarter, not harder. And these apps have saved me a lot of time and effort!

Collecting Leads

Create Your Google Form

  • Go to google and click on forms (*please note this only works if you have a gmail account)
  • Choose the 'Contact Information' form and then customize it with name and email ONLY (asking for too much information could result in a frustrated lead who ends up not filling out any information)
  • *NEW→ Go to 'Responses' and click the 3 dots and choose 'Get email notifications......'
  • *NEW→ Go to 'Settings' and turn OFF both toggles under 'Requires Sign In'
  • Go back to questions and click 'Send'
  • Beside 'Send via' choose the link icon
  • Click 'Shorten URL'
  • Click 'Copy' to copy your link
  • Go to Canva and insert link in your button

Add Form Into Page

  • Open your desired landing page in Canva and customize (if needed)
  • Take your link from your Google form and insert the link in your button
  • Publish your landing page as a website
  • Take that link from Canva and share it everywhere to start collecting leads today!
