One MAJOR thing to consider when buying a house: Should you use a buyer’s agent?

A buyer’s agent is a licensed real estate agent who represents ONLY the buyer and their interests during the entire home buying process.

They can help you find homes that suit your needs and preferences which can include flagging listings or open houses for you to check out and then scheduling showings on your behalf.

Buyer’s agents can also write offers and counteroffers for homes you would like to buy, assist with inspections, and back and forth communication with the seller’s agent. They’ll take you through the mortgage loan and closing processes until everything is done.

Essentially, a buyer’s agent will serve as your go-to resource for anything related to buying a home. They will make sure everything will go smoothly for you and help solve any problems that you may encounter.

Collecting Leads

Create Your Google Form

  • Go to google and click on forms (*please note this only works if you have a gmail account)
  • Choose the 'Contact Information' form and then customize it with name and email ONLY (asking for too much information could result in a frustrated lead who ends up not filling out any information)
  • *NEW→ Go to 'Responses' and click the 3 dots and choose 'Get email notifications......'
  • *NEW→ Go to 'Settings' and turn OFF both toggles under 'Requires Sign In'
  • Go back to questions and click 'Send'
  • Beside 'Send via' choose the link icon
  • Click 'Shorten URL'
  • Click 'Copy' to copy your link
  • Go to Canva and insert link in your button

Add Form Into Page

  • Open your desired landing page in Canva and customize (if needed)
  • Take your link from your Google form and insert the link in your button
  • Publish your landing page as a website
  • Take that link from Canva and share it everywhere to start collecting leads today!
