STEP ONE:

  • Update the contents and social media posts to your brand in canva.
  • Download it as a PDF

STEP TWO:

  • Make a copy of this done-for-you Google form by clicking the link below

STEP THREE:

  • Click the send button in the top right corner of your Google Form.
  • Choose “Send via link”.
  • Shorten your link.
  • Copy your link.
(This will be the link that you will market and that people will use to sign up. You can send the link via email, your link in bio on Instagram, in your Stories, on your website and anywhere else you plan on marketing this campaign.)

STEP FOUR:

  • Head to your database and organize who has children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins or anyone that would benefit from this.
  • Decide if you want to email or text them. Your feed post images can double as texting graphics. Simply download them from the Canva app to your phone and text away!
  • When you are sending emails be sure to include the email header that we provide either at the top, bottom or use as an image anywhere in your email. Not sure what to say? STEP FIVE:

  • Once your graphics have been customized to your brand, time to post on social media! Post to your profile, stories and choose Facebook Groups that may benefit from this amazing campaign that you are doing.
  • Don’t forget to post your link in your bio and also pin your post by clicking the 3 dots at the top after you have posted it so when people come to your page/profile it will be the first thing they see!

STEP SIX:

  • Once people have started to sign up start customizing your santa letters inside of Canva by including their name and where they live. Once you have done them all you can either print them out and mail them or print them directly with Canva, Vista Print, Office Depot, Staples or any other local printing company close to you. And don’t forget to buy envelopes!!

STEP SEVEN:

  • Add everyone who has signed up to your database and make sure you follow up with them or add them to your newsletter list.
