The most unexpected question a buyer asked me this week? “Do the neighbors get along?”
It’s not a question you hear often, but it’s actually pretty important! I explained that while I can’t guarantee every relationship, I always recommend doing some research and visiting the neighborhood at different times of the day.
It’s also a great idea to chat with the neighbors before committing—sometimes, those little details can make all the difference in your long-term happiness in a home.
