Create Your Google Form

Go to google and click on forms (*please note this only works if you have a gmail account)
Choose the 'Contact Information' form and then customize it with name and email ONLY (asking for too much information could result in a frustrated lead who ends up not filling out any information)
*NEW→ Go to 'Responses' and click the 3 dots and choose 'Get email notifications......'
*NEW→ Go to 'Settings' and turn OFF both toggles under 'Requires Sign In'

Add Form Into Page

Open your desired landing page in Canva and customize (if needed)
Take your link from your Google form and insert the link in your button
Publish your landing page as a website
Take that link from Canva and share it everywhere to start collecting leads today!
